BRB based Deep Learning Approach
with Application in Sensor Data Streams

This thesis has been written in partial fulfillment of the requirement of the degree of Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering of Luleå University of Technology, Skellefteå, Sweden. It proposes a novel mathematical model to integrate Belief Rule Base (BRB) with Deep Learning. This integrated predictive model has resulted in improved accuracy than other machine learning tools. Air pollution prediction has been taken as application area of this predictive model. PM2.5 concentration has been taken into account to predict Air Quality Index (AQI).

This thesis has been submitted in fulfillment of partial requirement of the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering to Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Gazipur, Bangladesh. It proposes a novel protocol called ‘Predictive Channel Access (PCA)’ to reduce MAC sub layer overhead. Objective of this overhead reduction is to utilize the high data rate in the Physical Layer of Wireless Network.
